Tazia Briscoe to compete in the 19th annual Miss PJD2 Caribbean Queen Pageant in St Maarten

Tazia-BriscoeTazia-Briscoe4GIU (Adapted) Miss Festival Queen Tazia Briscoe will represent Montserrat at the 19th annual Miss PJD2 Caribbean Queen Pageant in St Maarten next month.

This is the first regional pageant, Miss Briscoe will be entering, since  capturing the title of Miss Festival Queen 2013/2014 in December last year.

18 contestants from various countries from Latin America and the Caribbean will participate in the Miss PJD2.  They are Angilla, Antigua, Aruba, Curacoa, Belize, Dominica, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Nevis, St Lucia, St Maarten, Surianme, Tortola, BVI, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.

Miss Briscoe will compete in several segments namely native costume wear, swim wear,Tazia-Briscoe3 talent, evening wear and question and answer.

Speaking to ZJB News ahead of PJD2 Caribbean Queen Pageant, Miss Briscoe is confident and excited about her participation in the show.

She told ZJB News that her preparation for the show is going well.

Miss Briscoe is being chaperoned by Mrs Lorraine Nanton-Lewis.

The 19th annual Miss PJD2 Caribbean Queen Pageant will be held on Sunday April 27th.
