Notice is hereby given that the immovable property hereinafter described will be put up for Sale by Public Auction, by the Bank of Montserrat Limited, on Friday March 9th. 2018  at 10:00AM.

The Public Auction will take place at the Office of the Bank of Montserrat Limited, Brades

The purchase money shall be payable as follows:

  1. The Officer conducting the Sale shall require from the Bidder a deposit equivalent to 10% of the final successful bid payable by cheque or payable in cash.
  2. The Purchaser shall pay to the Bank the Purchase price less the deposit within six months of the date of Sale. In default of such payment the deposit paid by the Purchaser shall be forfeited and shall be applied towards the respective Debt.

The property consists of 0.35 acres or 15,246 sq ft Land together with a residential building measuring 2,160 SQ. FT.   and bounded as follows:

And on the East by Lot 12/01/202
