SALE BY CHARGEE – AUCTION

Notice is hereby given that the immovable property hereinafter described will be put up for Sale by Public Auction, by the St Patrick’s Co-orperative Credit Union (SPCCU) through their instructed agent, Attorney at Law Lovetta Silcott, on Friday December 4th. 2018  at 12:30PM.

The Public Auction will take place at the Property in, North Mayfield Estate Drive, Olveston, Montserrat.

The purchase money shall be payable as follows:

  1. The Conductor of the Sale shall require from the Bidder a deposit equivalent to 10% of the final successful bid payable by cheque or payable in cash.
  2. The Purchaser shall pay to the Bank through the assigned Attorney the price less the deposit within three months of the date of Sale. In default of such payment the deposit paid by the Purchaser shall be forfeited and shall be applied towards the respective Debt.
