Police and Fire annual week is expected to feature some new additions beginning tomorrow, Saturday 25, 2014 with a Commissioner’s Route March from the Brades Arts and Education Centre to Police Headquarters.

Following the opening parade and route march and a salute to the Commissioner of Police and His Excellency Governor Adrian Davis at the Lyme complex the Governor will declare the week open as they fall-out at Police Headquarters.

The day will culminate with a drama presentation, ‘The Runaway Groom” at the Montserrat Cultural Centre starting time 8.00 PM. This will be staged by the visiting Royal Antigua and Barbuda Police Force.

Included in the rest of the week’s celebrations will be highlights such as the usual Church parade, St.

Peter’s Anglican Church 7:00 am; Family Funday, Sunday, with Drill Display, Baton Swinging, Fire Display, Bouncy Castle and reasure Hunt. On Monday evening Gospel Concert; High Visibility Patrol and Junior Citizen Day & Open Day; Sports Day on Wednesday; Thursday, Police & Fire Variety Concert, and grand final – Dinner and Dance, Montserrat Cultural Centre.
