Another top LIAT official resigns as head of Corporate Communications goes

ST. JOHN’S Antigua, May 31, CMC – The Head of Corporate Communications at the regional carrier, LIAT, Desmond Brown, has resigned with immediate effect.

In a statement on Tuesday, the airline’s Chief Executive Office Julie Reifer-Jones, confirmed that the company had accepted Brown’s resignation.

His resignation follows that of David Evans who stepped down as CEO of the financially strapped airline last month.

LIAT is owned by the governments of Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Dominica and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
