Winning six (6) out of the show’s eight (8) judged segments, including Best Question & Answer, Best Evening Wear, Best Introductory Speech and Swimwear, Tuitt claimed the overall title with a score of 1265 points.  In front of a packed crowd, the young beauty who is sponsored by her employer, FLOW telecommunications, displayed her charm, poise and athletic figure to win the hearts of the crowd and judges.

FLOW reported: Five talented Montserratian beauties contested this year’s pageant with Ms. Shaqueilla Samuel and Ms. Zenoushka Meade taking the 1st and 2nd Runner-up positions respectively.  In the talent segment of the show, Tabeanna had her audience spell-bound with a dramatic performance of Spoken Word and African Dance entitled ‘Emancipation’.  Speaking about her win, Tabeanna excitedly described it as “a truly heart-warming experience.  I had so much encouragement and assistance from family and friends and my sponsors FLOW which made it much easier.  All my hard-work has paid off and I want to thank the judges and the audience for their support.”  During the upcoming year, Tabeanna is expected to focus on her chosen platform, Arts and Culture.  She will also represent Montserrat in several regional competitions including Ms. JCI and the Ms. Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant held in Nevis.

Miss Teen 2015 Essalene Martin bThe new Miss Montserrat 2015/2016 was crowned by Sharissa Ryan, the 2014/2015 Ms. Montserrat.  Sharissa reflected on her year as a busy one that had given her an opportunity to travel internationally to represent her Emerald island. Ryan said “I am delighted for Tabeanna as she will be a great representative for Montserrat.  I am doubly pleased as a FLOW Ambassador myself that she has also represented our company and brand FLOW so admirably.”

FLOW’s Country Manager, Randolph Lewis, expressed his great pride in Tabeanna’s victory and said his entire team has been behind her 100 percent.  “She is not just a beautiful Queen, but she is also a beautiful person.  Her winning smile can be seen every day as she serves our FLOW customers here at the Sweeney’s store.  We are very proud” remarked Lewis.  Tabeanna has also been featured in several of the company’s promotional messages around the island.
