Janet Turner of Blue House house retained her title as winner of the annual Montserrat Secondary School annual Road Race on Monday, March 22. Miss Turner won the girls’ race in 15 minutes. In 2010 she She was also the named winner of the said race in 2010.
Shannelle Hyman copped the second spot followed by Kimberly Duberry. Both girls hail from Davy Hill and are from in Red Househouse.
Generally Red House house dominated the road race with amassing 90 points. Followed closely by Blue House house who took the second spot with 86 points;. Orange House house was next in line with 76 followed by 71 point – Green Househouse was 19 points away from lst place with 71 points.
Ricardo Jones of Orange House house won the boys’ race in a time of 17 minutes. Keanu Barnwell of Red house was second, and Jamal Halley of Red house, third.
