A release dated today, November 6, 2015, begins, “It’s official – LIME Montserrat is now the new Flow. This transformation marks the beginning of a new era for the brand – the result of Cable & Wireless’s successful merger with Columbus International Inc. which was completed in April this year.”

This new retail brand, Flow, is part of the multi-million dollar merger with Columbus International Inc.

Randolph Lewis, Montserrat’s Country Manager said, “The phased launch of the newly refreshed retail brand – Flow – across the Caribbean has now reached our shores. This is an exciting new development for the region and more specifically for Montserrat. This provides us with a unique opportunity to create a new future with Flow and totally transform our customer experiences,”

Lewis also said, “Montserratians stand to benefit from the combined strength of both companies as we bring together 150 years of C&W legacy and tradition, with the innovation and customer focused spirit of Columbus. As we say a fond farewell to LIME and a warm Caribbean hello to Flow, we welcome a new culture of innovation, superior customer service, technical excellence, backed by investments in technology, people and community,” the Country Manager also said.

To reward loyal customers and at the same time mark the occasion of Flow’s introduction to the market, the Company has unveiled a suite of exciting special offers with many more product and service innovations to come. The “Say Hello to Free Calls” promotion allows customers free calls to any network, anytime between now and December 31, 2015.

In addition, Flow Montserrat offers Talk Abroad for FREE World Pak Lite promotion with the first month free plus 300 minutes of international calls to UK home phones, USA and Canada.

Special smartphone offers including iPhone 5S at promotional rates with a 1GB Data Plan Plus, and with the added bonus of 2GB of Data FREE as well as Alcatel One Touch with a 1GB Data Plan plus a bonus 2GB of Data Free.

The General Manager encouraged Montserratians to embrace the new future of world class telecommunications to Montserrat and join in the celebrations – a free public concert dubbed Flow Live at the newly renovated Sweeney’s Customer Retail Centre on November 6. Sources say and it is believed that it is not far away, especially with the government talk of fibre optics not too distant away being rolled into Montserrat, and as hints existed before with LIME customers may soon receive telephone (mobile and landline) video, audio, television and just about any other kind of digital data stream using Flow’s comprehensive FTTH broadband connection.
