Evangelist Jerry Jarvis – looking out for the wellbeing of Montserrat seniors

Jerry Jarvis

Jerry Jarvis – Gospel concert 2012

Evangelist Jerry Jarvis in Miami reports about a shipment of wheel chairs, walkers, bath room essentials medicine, adult pampers etc , he sent to the Old peoples Welfare association.

Miss Bernadine Collins, who is in charge of the goodies expressed on Radio Montserrat how grateful she was on receiving the well needed items.

Jarvis outlined that the items were donated by the Charlie and Lizzy Lingbird Foundation which is operated by Montserratians living in the USA. He maintained, “as long I am alive, Montserrat seniors well not be left behind,”.

The evangelist who is heard in a radio program added that every two years they would have their outings, their awards and gospel concert. “…we will always recognise those that worked with them.” These are the ones, he says, “who make and shape our Montserrat, and when they get old we should always remember their contribution to our society.”

Jarvis informs that the Charlie and Lizzy Lingbird Foundation said that another large donation Is already getting in place…lots of food products will be in the next shipment. “Please stand by,” Jarvis said, hinting that popular Jamaican Gospel artist “JABEZ” will be flying in direct from Jamaica for the concert and awards to be presented here in December.
