Warren Cassell Jr. is a teenage entrepreneur with a business and investment portfolio ranging from media and finance to Internet and technology. He is a full time secondary school student residing in Montserrat and currently holds a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
Having worked with numerous clients and companies around the world, Warren can be called the living proof of the fact that anyone with a vision, determination and dedication can achieve great success.
In the space of four months the young Cassell has authored two books becoming a “Published Author Too Young To Drive”; he will not be able to sit behind the steering wheel in public before he is 17!
With the first book by the fourteen-year-old, he published a Personal Growth Book in a Fiction Format.
There is no doubt that Warren Cassell Jr. considers nature to be his best friend. Unlike most self-help books that share concepts in a monotonous manner, Cassell’s new book, “The Farm of Wisdom: 25 Unforgettable Tales that Will Ignite a Wiser You!” (ISBN 978-1619332959) shares life’s critical lessons in a collection of twenty five memorable stories.
As Cassell sees it, the detailed movement of nature is no mistake. While landscapes, animals and plants beautify the world around us, nature offers much more than it’s breathtaking views. He says, “Despite formal schooling, life’s critical lessons can be learnt on the farm.”
With the help of curious, clumsy and talkative farm animals, The Farm of Wisdom shares thought-provoking conclusions at the end of every tale. Through the twenty-five stories in the 96 page book, Warren encourages readers to be more conscious of what nature is trying to tell us.
Not only does the secondary school student leave the world with provocative food for thought but also pledges to plant a tree in a third world country for every copy of the book sold. “The planting of trees will help communities achieve their long-term environmental and economic sustainability” says the budding entrepreneur.
Throughout the month, month of September, 2013 when he launched this first book Cassell conducted an online campaign called “What Nature Can Teach Us”. He hopes to spread his message during the virtual tour. The “stops” of the tour included the following, two book giveaways on TheBridgeMaker.com on September 13, an interview on Random Writing Rants on September 20, and wisdom tales on Medium.com. The second book:
The teen entrepreneur Author invites readers to Take a Dive in the Ocean and Learn from Nature.
Warren Cassell Jr., a teenage businessman from the Caribbean, examines aquatic life and shares his findings in his new eBook, Swim or Drown: Business and Life Lessons I’ve Learned From the Ocean.
Cassell, who started his first business at the ripe age of eight, has recently been bitten by the writing bug. After publishing his first book, above, The Farm of Wisdom: 25 Unforgettable Tales that Will Ignite a Wiser You!, in September 2013, he started sharing his thoughts on the blogZapSocial.co. His work is highly focused on the connection between nature and business.
Inspired by the vast expanse of the ocean, Cassell set out to discover why turtles are born on land, why sharks can’t breathe without swimming, and how all these creatures work together to create a functional ecosystem. His discoveries are structured to lead the reader to a revelation shared by all great human thinkers.
“The aim of ‘Swim or Drown’, is to get people to understand that nature holds a lot of lessons,” the budding entrepreneur says. “When I found out that only five percent of our waters have been explored, a light bulb went off. I knew that there had to be pearls of wisdom hidden in the seas.”
As is apparent in all of his work, the youngster believes that once we take the time to pause and observe, our surroundings will reveal large amounts of wisdom to us.
