WASHINGTON, May 15, CMC – The Inter-American Investment Corporation (IIC), the private sector arm of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group, has opened a call for young professionals in Latin America and the Caribbean to participate in the first edition of its CREA TU FUTURO Programme .
The programme is aimed at Master graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Economics and International Relations who wish to gain work experience in a multilateral organization working with the private sector in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Applicants must be under 30 years of age and have relevant work experience of more than two years. The duration of the program is 36 months.
According to the IDB, those selected, will work on innovative projects with the potential to transform the markets and economies of the region.
The programme provides participants with the opportunity to develop their potential and explore their professional outlook through a broad and deep understanding of the IIC’s business and strategy, performing tasks in different sectors and countries in which the organization operates/
Applications are open until June 30 and in August, the names of those selected will be announced.
Work assignments will start in October 2017.
The successful applicants will join the IIC offices at their headquarters in Washington, or any of the 26 offices in Latin America and the Caribbean.
