Two weeks have passed since Dr. Lowell Lewis made his historic announcement where "as its been bandied" he sacked two ministers from his coalition Government keeping one whom he said had been  most loyal and supportive (if not before) since he became Chief Minister of Montserrat. »

It is time for some teeth that bite, not more words
Who will disagree with the Governor when he says that "it is right for the Civil Service to lead?" However that idea is a huge part of the problem that beseeches the island and the lack of progress as seen from within and without. »



Politics makes strange bedfellows: May not be so strange!

When anyone thinks of or decides to study or become involved in political affairs, it may prove very revealing that such an individual would have had some preconceived thought of what to expect and just how far they intend to use their improved knowledge and experience of the ‘science'.
